Magic Mountains Cooperation does not refund any Magic Pass and does not extend their validity. Each pass are personal and non-transferable. Please refer to the General Terms and Conditions.

You can request a duplicate at any partner ticket office with an ID for CHF 40, or order one online through your customer account (4 working day delivery, CHF 40). Only the physical card grants access to the facilities; the app does not replace the physical card.

The Magic Pass 25/26 is not available for children under the age of 6. Children under 6 must obtain a valid ticket at the ticket office. People born between 2010 and 2019 are considered "paying children". From the age of 16 (born 2009 or earlier), adult pricing applies. Only adult and child categories are available online.

The validity of the Magic Pass 25/26 is fixed and annual: from 01.05.2025 to 30.04.2026.

Defective card

Defective cards are replaced free of charge if the damage was not caused intentionally. Please contact customer service or visit a partner ticket office.

SwissPass compatibility

The data carriers cannot be loaded onto the SwissPass or any other data carrier.

Bicycles

Bicycle transport is included free of charge with the Magic Pass. The card must be presented at the station.

Dogs

Dogs are not included in the Magic Pass. Prices vary by station.

Two insurance options are available via Helvetia: pass insurance (5% of pass price) or pass + rescue insurance (8% of pass price). Insurance can only be purchased at the time of ordering your Magic Pass and cannot be added later.

The Pools option can be added at any time via your customer account. It is valid from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Access is via QR code presented at the pool entrance.

The Glacier 3000 summer option can be added at any time via your customer account. It is valid from May 1 to October 31, 2025. A new card labelled "G3000 été" will be sent within 4 working days.

Only payments by credit card (MasterCard, Visa and American Express), REKA Pay and TWINT are possible. HeyLight installment payments are available for purchases under CHF 500.

Orders placed before April 18, 2025 will be delivered at the end of April 2025. Orders placed after April 18: 2 working days in Switzerland. International shipments depend on postal services. If you have not received your order within 3 months, please contact us.

Scan the QR code on your Magic Pass card and verify your personal information to access the app.

You can create an account via the app with your email and password after scanning the QR code on your card.

Registration is free and only done through the mobile app.

Two methods are available: linking via the smartphone app, or without a smartphone by scanning the QR code. The parent account must accept the link request.

The Magic Pass mobile application does not replace the Magic Pass keycard. Only the physical card provides access to ski lifts.

Without a smartphone, it is not possible to enjoy the functionalities offered by the mobile app and the BeMagic program. You can link your child's account to a parent account.

For each use of your Magic Pass you will get 20 Magics. Purchases at BeMagic partners grant at least one Magic per CHF spent.

Your Magics can be accumulated from year to year unless you have not renewed your Magic Pass by midnight on 31st December. Magics are also lost after 12 months of inactivity with registered payment methods.

To get cashback, you need a Swiss IBAN account number, at least 500 Magics, and you must activate push notifications in the app.

Partners can offer 1x to 5x multiplier on standard Magics earning rates.

A series of challenges are available in the CHALLENGE section of your mobile app. As soon as you have accomplished a challenge the app gives you added Magics to your account!

Magics will be assigned to you almost immediately for partner purchases. Ski/hiking Magics appear on your app within 48 hours.

You can scan payment receipts for partners that do not automatically grant points, via the "My Tickets" section of the app. The receipt must be from a payment terminal. Verification takes up to 5 business days.
